I need an audit documentation that include the full index of process documents that will be needed for the audit. Include the sequence in which the documents should be reviewed and notate the teams prioritization of those documents. For medium to large companies, the index and sequence should be fairly easy information to acquire. For smaller organizations, this may be more difficult.
