I need assistance calculating a 5 year expense forecast for Canadian

I need assistance calculating a 5 year expense forecast for Canadian Solar. I am using the annual financials for Canadian Solar from 2015 to 2019 (https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/csiq/financials) and looking at the 2019 20-K report (http://investors.canadiansolar.com/static-files/18a43183-17c4-4646-987f-2572d5e6a588). Image of statement attached. The differences in the Operating Expenses from MarketWatch and 20k report left me uncertain what to use to calculating the Expense forecast.

I used the Forecast formula in Excel to calculate the sales forecast, but wasn't sure if I did that correctly, either. Please help. Thanks.
