I need assitance in writing a RISE evaluation for a nurse manager for the following "Managing Self & Others Critical Attributes: (A) Accountability (B) Drives for Results (C) Employee Development" in response to what she wrote about herself: I continue to be responsive in communication with my nurses. I alwasy respond within 24-48 hours. I provide resources to my nurses so they can be succesful in the department's initiatives such as meeting the goal % for medical compliance and HSMP compliance rates.
