I need Assumptions and Thought Process for replying the feedback from customer for my customer service course:

Hi there, I ordered the Novella blouse in-store on Monday from the Robson St. location and was pleased to receive it so soon after in the mail (today), until I noticed there to be deodorant stains all throughout the blouse (see attached). This is very disappointing as Im assuming there was no level of care or sanitation going into this order as someone clearly has just tried it on. Now I feel like I either need to return this blouse or get it dry cleaned at my own expense. Ive never had this experience with all my years of shopping at Aritzia, so please let me know how you usually handle these situations. Thank you, Emily
