The good life means that a person is a ethical, moral, responsible, and has strong values. A good life is what a person was taught to do and what it means to do the right thing. What a person values and what he believes is the right thing. A good life is doing the right thing in any situation. People are not perfect and we make mistakes. But, it does not mean that we should unethical in some situations but try to do the right thing.

Life is all about what you make it an how your outlook on life is. For instance you can wake up and be ungrateful and complain about not having money or not having that car or that clothes you wanted. Then there are people who wake up and are grateful for waking up and breathing. That's why I believe your outlook on life has a lot to do with living a good life. Now another factor is your environment and how you are raised that can have an impact on you ethics.
