i need detaild & a new Solution for following Question

Consider a Project of your choice with at least 15 tasks, lasting about a month or more

1. Give a brief description of the project by preparing a Scope statement with the required fields and details

2. Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (W.B. S) for the project by writing down the tasks/activities of the project structured hierarchically (e.g. tasks, subtasks) with the approximate durations. (Note: Use WBS coding]

3. Develop a Responsibility Matrix, assuming there are more than 6 people working on the project.
