I need guidance on writing a term paper using terms from my organizational behavior course. Primary focus is organizational culture and struture in early childhood programs. I have to include ways that the organizational culture affects and hinders change and motivation among the worker's. Also what is currently being done to change the culture in childcare programs and settings.
