I need help calculating a standard curve for GC Here is what the problem is: I have of 10 blood samples and each sample is 50 microliters. I'm suppose to detect the blood alcohol concentration of each sample using GC and report which samples are .08 mg/dL or above. I must first create a standard curve to use to measure the ethanol concentration of my samples. But in order for the GC machine to work, I need to add 450 microliters of saline and then add the 50 microliters of my sample. I know that 80mg/dL = .017 moles of ethanol, but I don't know how to go from here. Given these parameters, I'm not sure how I would go about creating a standard curve
