I need help creating a PowerShell program that uses the FOR loop which will allow me to do the following:

1. An overseeing teachers name - Wood
2. Todays date
3. Ask for test scores from a final exam that 10 students took (Stephen, Dana, Grant, Luna, Mira, John, Tommy, Laurel, Myles, and Katie)
   1. If a user fails, (< 60) then enter the students name and pass this out to text file called needsHelp.txt (6 failed: Mira, Katie, Laurel, John, Tommy, and Luna)
   2. If a user passes with flying colors (> 90) then enter the students name and pass this out to a text file called bestOf.txt (4 passed, Stephen, Dana, Myles, and Grant)
4. Scores must be between 0 and 100
5. Scores cannot be NULL
6. Have the user enter a sentinal value to quit
7. At the end of the program display the following:
   1. The overseeing teacher's name - Wood
   2. Todays date
   3. Average score
   4. Total number of As, Bs, Cs.(there should be 10 scores)
8. Display lists of names of the students who didnt pass the test
9. Display lists of names from the bestOf.txt
