I need help identifying a system failure from a well-known company for an assignment. Below is the criteria:

Over the years there have been a number of major IT failures that have created major issues for corporations. First to mind come breaches and hacks, but these are only the ones that attain the most press and are evident to those outside of the corporation. Quite often, the most significant IT issues are rooted in failed launches or systems that do not perform up to customer expectations. Your job for this project is to select one of these major system failures and provide a comprehensive assessment of the situation.

This is a formal paper that I will need to write and need to be able to locate extensive data on the event. Any help on finding a topic is appreciated!
