However, my doubts are which is going to be the Y and X axis, and what could be the order to begin at the zero mark. You can use excel for provide a better illustration or a table for better accuracy.

Note: Remember it must be absorbance vs elution (mL).

Additionally: Indicate the identity of each peak directly on the graph and include the max absorbance reading and absorbance wavelength for each peak.
