I need help making a state machine for a memory card. Here are the memory card specifications: 4(8k *8) bytes Starting address 20,000,000. Burst transfer allowed Wait states -0 for all memory transfers.

Here are the IO card requirements:

Starting address 30000 4 (64*8) internal registers capable of burst transfer requiring 5 wait states for read and 10 wait states for write. The bridge must memorize the transaction and issue a retry to the initiator when the PCI timing requirements are not met.
