i need help making these both into a level-1 diagram if i can get an image or drawing of how this will look

Workflow Diagram:

Order is placed by a customer or received from a supplier

Order is received and processed by the IT department's order management system

Inventory levels are updated in the IT department's inventory management system

If inventory levels are low, a purchase order may be generated and sent to a supplier

When inventory is received, it is added to the inventory management system

Inventory levels are monitored and adjusted as needed
