I need help performing this question under the CIRAC method. This is for a Business Law course.

Marcus is currently employed with The University of Arkanjamison (UA). In the middle of his employment period, UA asks Marcus to sign a noncomplete agreement, wherein Marcus would agree not to compete with UA for a certain period of time after their employment relationship ends. The terms of the non-compete are reasonable with respect to geography and duration, and by its terms are reasonable and enforceable. Marcus signs the noncompete agreement.

Discuss whether Marcus is bound to the noncompete agreement. Explain.
