I need help replying to the post ( magi)

I think the public gets the impression that there is an avalanche of frivolous lawsuits because all we hear about are these ridiculous lawsuits. I heard one on the radio the other day about a man that is a "descendent" of George Washington, so he has been suing every president since the 1970's thinking that the presidents owe him rent because they live in his house Social media, news, and even radio only advertise the most ridiculous or frivolous lawsuits for laughs or even views. This is why the public thinks the way they about frivolous lawsuits in my opinion.

I am unsure if this perception is valid or not. If someone actually took the time to calculate all the lawsuits in America and show percentages of frivolous lawsuits, I might have a different opinion on if this perception is valid or invalid.
