I need help responding to 2 colleagues' postings by building on something said, explaining how and why things are seen differently, asking a probing or clarifying question, and validating an idea with an experience.

Colleague 1:

Healthcare organizations all around the country are struggling financially, and with the hit that they took from Covid, they have only continued to struggle. Luckily there are plenty of funding options available should these organizations be aware of them. There are both local and federal grants that can be applied for, and are easily given if the organization fits the requirements. Along with federal grants, healthcare organizations can create fundraising opportunities to generate funds through the general public. Another way they could potentially generate funds is through partnering with other healthcare organizations that complement their services, maybe providing services that are not already, and coming together to generate more funds through a broader scope of practices. This could benefit not just one, but two healthcare organizations in the process.

Colleague 2:

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, many healthcare facilities have reported they are struggling financially. A way healthcare organizations can generate finances is by offering after-hour virtual visits for minor concerns. Most people work during the day, most kids are in school during the day and often cannot get the care they need due to the standard open to close business hours. Speaking from experience, there are times where parents are in needing to bring their child in to see a healthcare professional for a minor concerns, due to certain hours of operations and work hours it's not always possible to make it to a clinic before 5pm as the concerns is too small for the ER or UC. Having the option to be able to do a virtual visit with a provider at a time after 5pm would encourage one to utilize this option more.
