Return to Work Plan I know that many of you aren't going to like this, but we are all going to need all of you to return to the office beginning October 1.

Even though this change isn't going to be popular, I NEED ALL OF YOU TO BE A TEAM PLAYER AND GET ON BOARD WITH THIS PLAN. There are many changes we have made in our office to keep everybody safe. One of the things we did is that we decided to move all of the workspaces so that each of the workspaces are at least six feet apart. We are also going to provide each and every one of you with masks, hand sanitizer, and wipes. All of these things will be at everybody's workstation. Because we are providing masks, every single one of YOU MUST WEAR A MASK WHILE AT WORK. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will also be instituting an area of entry that must be used where every employee must have his/her/their temperature checked and each of you will be filling out a health questionnaire that asks you questions to serve as a self-screening test. One of the situations that we want to avoid at all cost is people getting sick and coming in anyway. We don't want this. If you are sick, get a COVID test. If you are positive, contact the human resources department. You will be required to quarantine for 10 days and produce a negative test. In the meantime, you can work from home if you are well enough. If you cannot work because you are too sick, make sure you apply for your sick leave form using the proper channels. If you ask for sick time leave, you MUST show us the positive test you got. You need to submit a copy of it along with your leave request form. We will do our part, too. If someone in the office contradicts COVID, you will be notified in a manner that is timely and efficient. If you have been in contact with someone at work who contracts COVID, you will need to get a test as quickly as you can and quarantine until you get a test that is negative.
