Chapter four: I think the most important part of chapter four was age discrimination. I feel like age discrimination is getting better as time goes on, but it still happens in the workplace. I think it is important to have various ages working for a company because it helps improve organizational performance. One way to prevent age discrimination is by adapting age diversity into your training workshops. Chapter five: Chapter five was about different kinds of diversity in the workplace. I believe the most important part was when it talked about building accountability. Having employees submit semiannual reports on what they are doing to promote diversity and inclusion.
