I need help simplifying the layout of the TV remote jammer circuit. The reference circuit is unclear to me$,$ and I$\text{'}$m wondering if it can be redesigned using a more straightforward layout for the $555$ timer instead of the current disorganized one. I$\text{'}$m not sure if the components are connected correctly, so I can't tell if the issue is with my setup or if the reference circuit itself is faulty. Could the circuit be reworked in a way that's easier to understand, even for beginners? The goal is to first test it on a breadboard, then solder it onto a circuit board.
