Here is an opportunity for you to give and receive feedback from your classmates on how to design and/or conduct an effective interview. Post one piece of advice on designing interview questions or suggest one tip for conducting an effective interview and respond to one of your classmate's posts. Here is my tip: Avoid asking leading and close-ended questions as they do not reveal insightful information for assessing candidates. Close ended questions require a one word response and they're often leading because a candidate usually knows how you want them to answer. Don't forget that you probably want to know something about the candidate besides the hard skills that the job requires
