Number of people to perform = Number of hours to perform / Standard number per month

375/168 = 2 employees who need to be hired

( can you Suggest to the correct way since you say that The number of employees required is 2.23 , assuming that fractional employment is not possible the answer should be 3 & not 2 as with 2 employees the standard hours available will be 336 which is less than the required number of hours 375.)
