I need help with a discussion for my college class. I'm in a project management class and the topic is virtual teams and how to handle situations where you would need to communicate through a virtual team. I have no experience with virtual teams as I have never experienced it.

- What would be some things to change to a communication plan if the development team in the scenario was a remote or virtual team in a different city in the same time zone?

-What if your team or part of your team was in a different country? Would that need more changes in your communication management plan?

For reference: The communication plan we have to create is a basic communication plan if everyone were in the same building, doing the same project. This is just a discussion for what would change or need to be changed if the team was somewhere else and it was virtual.
