I need help with a five page research paper, it goes to create an imaginary company that you have been operating in the domestic area for some time. you represent the top management and you have decided it's time to go international.

It should include a description of the company, it's operations, product, relative size and other features. give reasons for going international, decide on appropriate country and reason for picking country, state planned entry strategy and give reason for strategy. describe environment in which you will operate. describe critical operational factors and how they will effect company. give culture background of local area. draw up organization chart showing the company and it's overseas operation. describe staffing policy you will use as top management, describe the kind of leadership and motivation systems you think would work best. describe any problems with communication you might face. explain special control issues that concerns you overseas and what plan you have to deal with the concern.

Basically assessment of environment interdependence cultural profile communication in work place cross cultural managing strategy structure organization leadership control issues related to the operation overseas and what would you would do to deal with them concerns the host country and local community regarding your operation and how you would deal with them in the short and long run.
