Network E: $123\mathrm{.}88\mathrm{.}195\mathrm{.}0/29$

Network F: $123\mathrm{.}88\mathrm{.}195\mathrm{.}8/29$

But then B and C will overlap I think? Can someone help me solve b$)$ correctly?
