I need help with composing a letter!!

Important Information:

You work for Eva Brown the owner of a small florist, Flowers Smile, with 15 employees. The business does approximately 300 orders per week and wants to extend your business to more people outside the city limits of Yakima. There are 15 people working at Flowers Smile. So far, telephone is your number one tool for receiving orders. So, you need four reliable phone lines, probably a webpage, some sort of security, and accounts for at least four employees. Although your business is open daily from 8 to 8, Eva is there Monday - Friday from 8 to 5. Your phone number is 509-232-3313.
