I need help with creating a code of ethics for a make believe family. I also need help explaining the strategies and the thought process of how the code would be developed. When developing the original code of ethics, it should be done by thinking the family is a business. If possible the code would need to include the following things

Strategy and thought process that used to formulate the code you made

Explain how would implement and communicate code in business

How monitor the practice of decision making while making sure ethical

Since laws exist and are used for resolving conflict, what is purpose of code of ethics.
