I need help with my revision for one question from Algebra.

This is the teacher's message:

There are 4 vertices to list here. You have one pair, but you still need the other pair of vertices.

This was the original question:

11. What are the vertices of the ellipse whose equation is (x^2)/9 + (y^2)/4 = 1?

This was my last answer:

The equation isx^2/9+y^2/4=1

I must compare it with the ellipse equationn(xh)^2/a^2+(yk)^2/b^2=1

I receive:Center(h,k)=(0,0)

Thesemimajoraxis:a=3

Thesemiminoraxis:b=2

Vertices are points in the ellipse that are intersected into the major axis.

Vertices of an ellipse that is alongside the major axis, parallel to the x-axis:(h+a,k),(ha,k)

For this ellipse equation, the vertices are (0+3, 0),(03,0)=(3,0),(3,0)

Please write it out on your computer as I cannot read handwriting.

Thank you very much!
