In this paper, you are asked to address each of the following issues to address the following:

You are a Human Resources (HR) manager. You have been tasked to work with a specific internal department to provide both guidance and structure to the potential roll out of a telecommuting option for that group. As such, you want to address the following specific issues with that departments management team (NOTE: The associated point value for each component is noted in bold): 1. Describe in detail some of the common components/considerations of a successful telecommuting program. (50 points) 2.
