Mary Jackson went to the store and purchased a printer ink cartridge for $76.76, a mouse for $12.88, a cable for $14, and an energy bar for $2. She was charged 5.82% tax on everything except the energy bar. Write a program that calculates the cost of her purchases before tax, her tax, and her total and prints her name, each item and its cost, the subtotal, the tax owed, and the total owed. Average the cost of all her purchases (printer ink, mouse, cable, and energy bar). Print the average of the purchases as well. Be sure to include pseudocode with your submission.
