I need help with this question, please!

How are some industries more or less responsive to product liability concerns? Please post an example of a company that has done a good job with a product recall or potential liability issue and an example of a company that could improve its product liability or risk management function. (I am looking for a company name and their product liability issue with at least one supporting piece of evidence to support your assertion. Ex.: Ford Pinto, the knowledge that the rear engine in rear-end collisions resulted in explosions and therefore could result in possible fatalities. Chose to continue production, believed they could afford to pay the few fatality claims they anticipated. Tylenol recall and improved safety caps tamper-evident packaging after tampering occurred. I gave you older examples so I wouldn't take any of the more recent ones.)
