I need help with understanding how to summarize these results I got in a paragraph. I;m not sure how to write it.

Results (Independent t-test)

Descriptive statistics were run between the variables cannabis group and perceived racism, (M==XXX, SD and M=XXX, SD=XXX). Following this an independent samples t-test was run to test for the differences between cannabis group and racism. Results were not statistically significant. This indicates that cannabis use does not have an impact on perceived racism.
