As discussed, our business imports and exports precious stones and jewellery and we are based in Sydney. We are enquiring about Azure Beach completing a range of services for us as we were referred to your company by a trusted associate who uses your services. I discussed what we report / what we need with my office manager and we would require the following: BAS and IAS lodgements - we report GST and PAYGW monthly, as well as Income tax instalments. FBT instalments, we believe, are done quarterly Paying FBTI, we pay fringe benefits tax as we have various salary packaging arrangements - we have 8 office staff and 6 designers / creators in the Rosebery facility. We often have questions about salary packaging so from time to time we might come to you about current and new salary packaging arrangements. And we need our FBT returns done as well. We use contractors from time to time for transport services. We do our payroll but like to have the monthly / annual reconciliations and declarations completed by the professionals. We also like our super contributions calculated by the professionals to ensure employees receive the correct amount of super. Annual financial statements completed including formal accounts that are used by external stakeholders such as banks when applying for various financial instruments We need our income tax returns completed and my personal return completed as well. We tend to have tax questions throughout the year as well. From time to time, we have new accounts and new payroll categories. We ask the professionals to review our accounting systems to ensure all is in order. Financial advice is sought as we tend to have surplus funds and like to invest somewhere. One exciting development is we are having discussions with an opal miner in Coober Pedy with the hope of forming a joint venture. It is most likely to occur so we will be wanting the set up and the accounts completed, tax lodgements completed and we understand that the joint venture will have it's own ABN and lodge BAS. Will need ABNs for the new joint venture. As discussed, I am happy to meet in person to discuss in greater detail at a time that is convenient.
