Having completed the requisite readings, each student will share a written discussion board post responding to three questions related to recruitment, selection and training practices (as they see it) at her/his own company. Using 1-2 paragraphs (maximum) for each question, please. respond to the following questions. - Where does ybur company look, and what specifically does your company look for, in recruiting its sales force, or how do they find/identify/rank the top talent among its pool of applicants? - What does your company do, or what specifically might you do, to promote strategic sales force diversity (gender/race/sexuality) efforts aimed at ensuring your sales force "looks" more like the customers you would like to serve?
