I need several additions to help with this code cusomer name then selection of quantities of each item. I need to have size Small, Medium and Large, Types, Pepperoni, MeatLovers, Vegetariian, Deluxe and Super Supreme with prices for each, same with sides with small and large sizes prices for each breadstick, garlic bread, cheese sticks, jalapeno poppers,

Also need small medium and large selections for drinks with dif Pepsi, Mt Dew, Dr Pepper, Tea, Water with different prices, The entire order should be allowed to select quantities of each and then provide the total for the order. Would like the name entry first to submit them go to the order window.

I need like $3$ images on the order page piizaa.jpg$,$ sides.jpg and drinks.jpg $.$ Sorry this separated into $3$ separate posts but the code I was replying to would work great if it allow for sizes, types of pizzas and multiple selections$/$order quantity entered add the order up and add on $7\%$ sales tax.
