At this point, Project X is 39% complete. Labor hours so far have been spent in R & D and Project Management. R&D is 68% complete with their task while Project Management is only 33% complete with their task. In November, the Engineering Design team will begin their work and kick off the execution phase of Project X. At this point, we are still over budget by approximately $3 mill dollars. This number has been reduced quite a bit since January, when it was estimated to cost $4.5 million over budget. With time, we may be able to reduce this number even more to more evenly match the original budget projections. Originally, this project was faced with poor management and high employee turnover. This set labor hours back quite a bit but currently, we are running slightly ahead of schedule
