I need some assistance with upgrading the network infrastructure for this diagram. The company had 4 major office locations:

Headquarters in Ft. Worth consists of -Execs -HR -Training -Accounting -Engineering/Construction Dept

also it is the primary location for all communications of the whole company. maintains the server farm for all critical business applications (Sharepoint, IP, emails) and the geographic info system (GIS)

West Division located in Denver consists of: -Legal, finance, IT personnel -All personnel related to the drilling in the west region.

East Division located in Pittsburgh consists of: -Engineering/construction dept -IT personnel - Personnel related to the drilling in the East region.

South Division located in Houston: -Engineering dept -IT personnel -HR -Safety -Disaster recovery location for entire company.

I am not sure where and how to begin with this project. I need to draft a network upgrade and maintenance plan and include: -Interview process -Application identification -User group requirements -Data flows -Finall overall architecture plan
