I need some help coming up with statistics. I need to come up with a table for unequal frequencies. And I am having trouble understanding what to come up with and numbers. This is what its required. And what I've come up with, I'm just working with a significance of 0.01 and counts.

A research report from an undisclosed government agency stated they have evidence of pilots coming across an Unidentified Flying Object (UFO). They asked the pilots on a survey to see if they had seen any UFO's and to just check a box with a yes, no, or unsure.

Null hypothesis: An Unidentified Flying object was seen by all pilots.

Alternative hypothesis: An Unidentified Flying object has never been seen by pilots.
