i need structural help, I have a wall that consists of $2$meters by $1$ meter hollow core precastconcrete panels stacked together through rebars. and it has built in shelves. like the picture. the shelves $35$ mm thick. my question is$,$ do the shelves make the wall need extra support?

if so$,$ would it make a difference if the shelves got changed to wood?

i need the wall to be load bearing and not lean

also i need a formula that i can calculate the load for this specific wall
