You are to design and draw a house plan for a student accommodation. The accommodation must include a large kitchen, a large living area, $4$ small bedrooms and two bathrooms. Use a scale of $1$:$50.$

The overall floor area of the house must be between $115m^2-120m^2.$

You are to conduct your own research to find suitable dimensions for each room.

Each room requires proper access and natural lighting.

You are required to only draw the walls, doors and windows. Do not include any furniture or fixtures.

Show all dimensions on the floor plan and include the room labels and the window labels but do not dimension the thickness of the walls.

In addition to the plan drawing and on a separate page, draw any three elevations using a scale of $1$:$100.$ Each elevation needs to be labelled correctly.

Choose an appropriate pitch and include the roof detail.

For the elevations, dimension only the height of the wall, the height of the roof and the angle of the roof pitch.
