I need to crate an HTML with the styles with the following requirements

Create a page which includes

• 1 quote, in a block - it should be at least 3 sentences, be sure to cite the source
• 1 short quote - 1-10 words, be sure to cite the source
• A paragraph of text explaining the page, there must be a theme or idea. The content within the page must be related. This is not placeholder text.
• A container with elements which exceed its dimensions
• You may include additional elements if you would like
