There is a renovation project of a Daytona Beach Hotel, called the Oceanside Inn. The goal is to get the quality of the hotel to a 4 star hotel.

The renovations of this hotel will attract events, drink sales, and provide a destination for Daytona Night life.

They are renovating the Banquet/Ballroom, Kitchen/Restaurant/ Inside Bar, Hallways, and Lobby.

PROJECT PURPOSE/JUSTIFICATION Business Need/Case Project 1909 has been created to get the Oceanside Inn back on track to be available for the continued tourist destination needs of the Daytona Beach area as well as an environment to hold social functions and events. The newly renovated Oceanside Inn will be a modern solution to the mundane alternatives of the Daytona Beach area with a one stop destination with housing, entertainment, bar, kitchen and direct beach access. The advantage of the renovation will be the supplemental income towards operational costs of Oceanside Inn Condo/Hotel and reduction in debt amassed during the Pandemic of 2020. The objective of Project 1909 is to support the renovation project, reduce scope creep to zero and meet the completion date of mid-December. - Design and build a new inside bar. Design and build a new kitchen. Design and build a new banquet/ballroom. Design and build a new restaurant/dining. Complete total renovation within budget.
