Before we make a decision on whether or not we will start negotiations the school and Mega Burger, I would like to know what is the Break-even Point for this type of business. I was able to gather the following information about our menu:

Based on the data gathered, on average, we expect the following customer traffic:

1. 500 customers between Mondays and Thursdays.
2. 100 customers of Fridays.
3. 50 customers on Saturday.
4. Closed on Sunday
5. Please keep in mind that this Operation will be closed a total of four weeks during the year due to university holidays throughout the year.

As for our costs, hourly labor Cost was estimated at 40% of sales, the Mega Burger Franchise Fee is 5%, and other expenses include: 1.Rent will be $2,250 per month 2.Insurance will be $500 per month 3.Utilities will be $ 2,159 per month 4.General Manager salary is $40,000 per year 5. Assistant Manager salary is $2,250 per month 6. Cost Paper Product (to go, etc) was estimated at 1.5% 7. Marketing expenses was estimated at $250 per month 8. The depreciation expense is $1,750 per week
