A cable television company desires a database containing data on its customers, services offered, and equipment.

The following data items are needed: Customer name, address, telephone number, account number Service provided (basic, movie channel A, movie channel B, movie channel C, childrens channel)

The charge for each service

Description and cost of various equipment types used by the company.

Equipment used at the customer site that belongs to the cable company (decoder, remote control, etc.)

An identifying number for each piece of equipment

An extra charge (if applicable) for any equipment used by the customer

Business Rules:

A customer may have more than one account, but an account may have only one customer.

Each account may utilize more than one service.

A site may have more than one account.

Equipment is linked to the account and not the site.
