It is a problem that has far-reaching consequences, such as corporations being unable to move past compliance and sustainability. This lack of progress is due to several factors, including a lack of understanding of how to make meaningful progress, a lack of resources and commitment, and a lack of accountability for results.

The purpose of this proposed qualitative exploratory study is to explore the lack of Diversity and Inclusion leadership development in Corporate America.
