I need to write a case analysis for the assignment. I have chosen Judge Judy Yogurt Store Mural Gone Wrong televised trial case to write. Better if you could watch the video. The question I have about the case is that I am not sure about the cause of action in this case.

The happen is that the Yogurt Store (Defendant) hire Ginger (plaintiff) to paint a mural. Agree to pay 375 dollars including the cost of the supplies. Ginger start to paint the mural in August but after five-month, the defendant say to her that they don't want her to continue to paint the mural. Ginger is sueing the defendant for breach of contract for 5000 dollars and assault. And on December in the Yogurt store, Ginger claim the defendant is angry and pushed her to the door. There is no proof of damage, the judge says the punitive damage for assault is eliminated because there were no physical injuries.
