QUAL8190 Group Project Group Project - Progress Report #1

Assume your team is giving a formal progress report to senior managers. Your progress report will include the following information:

1) One pdf document including :

a) Updated project charter

b) Updated WBS

c) List of activities for each work package from WBS

2) A MS project file, that you prepared for your project using scope and schedule management. The following must be included:

a) Complete list of tasks entered, sequenced and scheduled

b) Complete list of resources entered

3) Using the MS Project file, you will take snapshot of your project schedule

and

4) Please make a detailed Budget using Excel and upload it in the assignment folder. The file should include all activities.
