Question: I needed help with my coding assignment and the question was answered but when I went back to ask a question the answer was not

I needed help with my coding assignment and the question was answered but when I went back to ask a question the answer was not even the original one and the answers wasn't even correct anymore. I got replaced by "steps" to solve and I can't even access the answer. Anyone know why this is?
