Are specialized or problem-solving courts effective at reducing recidivism? Focus on only one type of court: drugs, mental health or domestic violence. Discuss their operation in Canada and whether a social welfare or crime control approach should be adopted

Also, what can i focus on in terms of only one type of court that would have the most for me to discuss?
