I ONLY NEED HELP WITH QUESTION 3 PART a & b. My excel is currently not working. I have figured the calculations out but Cannot get my excel updated to do the linear programming.

I figured out questions 1 and 2. But with my excel currently not having the data analysis tool I need, I am having trouble figuring out question 3.. part a and b.
