I order 300 red bricks from you. Its a large order so you make it in 3 installments of 100 bricks each. The first and second installments are fine but the third installment of 100 bricks is a slightly different shade of red. I reject the entire order of 300 bricks. You sue me to get payment for the first 200 bricks since they were the right shade.

a. You will win because the first 200 bricks were fine.

b. You will lose because on an installment sale it is OK to reject the entire order if the all the bricks don't match.
